Privacy policy.

This page explains, in plain words, what Aksnova does with the details you share with us. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who we are

2. What this website collects

There are no accounts and no sign-in on aksnova.com. Visitor statistics count how the website is used without your name (section 8). We only receive your details when you choose to give them:

• The enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, the course you are interested in, and an optional message. Once you type your mobile number in a form, it reaches us even if you don't press the button: if you leave the page or the form without sending it, we receive what you typed so far. Typing your number means you agree that we may call or WhatsApp you about courses (each form says so right next to the number box). The quick "Get a free call back" form asks only for your number and sends it as soon as it is complete. With it we also note which page the form was on and, if you came from an ad, the ad campaign name in the link.
• WhatsApp, calls and visits: whatever you tell us when you message or call +91 77386 48334 or come to the centre.
• Instagram or Facebook lead forms: if you fill in a form inside one of our ads, Meta sends us the details you typed there (name, mobile, course, message).

The enquiry form has a spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs in your browser and confirms you are a person; Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that check.

3. Where your details go

Enquiries are stored in the student and enquiry system that Aksnova shares with SmartByte Computer Education. Only the people who handle Aksnova enquiries and the owners can see them. The time of your consent is recorded with the enquiry.

The website itself keeps nothing: your details are not saved in your browser and never appear in the address bar.

4. What we use them for

• To reply to your enquiry, book your free career counselling or scholarship test, and tell you about the course you asked about.
• To call or WhatsApp you about courses, because you typed your number in a form that says we will.
• To see which ad or page brought you to us, so we spend our ad money sensibly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their marketing.

We may share details only if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep them

For as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep the records the law asks a company to keep, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what details we hold about you;
• correct them;
• delete them;
• stop calling or messaging you (withdraw your consent).

Email contact@aksnova.com from the email address or mobile number you gave us, or WhatsApp +91 77386 48334. We reply within 7 working days. The same address is our grievance contact under the Act. If you are not happy with our reply, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should share your details and give the consent on your behalf. Parents and guardians can ask us to correct or delete a child's details using the contact above.

8. Visitor statistics, cookies, games and share cards

To learn which pages help and where people stop reading, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They set cookies and note, without your name: the pages you open, how long you stay, how far you scroll, what you tap, your device and browser, and your rough location (city level). Clarity can also replay a visit as a recording; it hides what you type into forms, so your number never shows in it. Google Analytics may also estimate age ranges and interests from Google's own data (Google signals), only for groups of visitors, never for one person. If you type your mobile number or email in one of our forms, Google Analytics may also send it to Google in a scrambled (hashed) form, to measure our visits and ads more accurately. We never see these numbers in our statistics. Apart from that, we never link these statistics to your enquiry. Google's and Microsoft’s own privacy policies apply to them. You can block them in your browser's settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. The free games (typing test, shortcut game, Excel challenge, computer quiz) keep your scores only inside your own browser, on your device; clear your browser data to remove them. Share cards are drawn in your browser and are not uploaded to us.

Our hosting provider may see basic technical details, like your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages. We do not use that for profiling.

9. Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.

10. Law

This policy follows the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Maharashtra.
