The terms.

These are the rules for using aksnova.com and for joining a course at Aksnova. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

AKSNOVA EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U85306MR2026PTC474192, GSTIN 27ABFCA0943D1Z1), 105–108, Chandulal Joshi Complex, Valipeer Road, Kalyan–Shilphata Road, Above Vi Store, Opp. Kalyan Railway Station, Kalyan (West), Maharashtra – 421301. One centre, opposite Kalyan Railway Station. Aksnova is a SmartByte venture, run by the family behind SmartByte Computer Education since 2005.

2. This website

  • The website gives information about our courses and the centre. It has no accounts and no sign-in.
  • We keep it correct as best we can. Tools, projects and course details can change as the trainers update them.
  • The free games and tests are for fun and practice. Scores stay in your own browser.

3. Enquiries, career counselling and the scholarship test

  • Sending an enquiry does not enrol you. We call or WhatsApp you back, 10 am to 7 pm, to answer your questions and fix a time. How we handle your details is in our privacy policy.
  • Career counselling is free and comes before any payment. Talk to a Career Analyst, then decide.
  • The scholarship test is free and taken at the centre. Everyone who takes it wins a scholarship on course fees; a better score wins a bigger one. The amount is told to you in writing and applied at admission.
  • Bring a friend: when you and a friend both join, you each get 10% off course fees. It is applied at admission.

4. Admission, fees and refunds

  • Admission is confirmed when the fee receipt is issued. Fees, batch timings and the refund rules are given to you in writing before you pay.
  • A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the admission.
  • Fees are for the named student and cannot be passed to someone else.
  • We may change batch timings or trainers when needed, and we tell the batch in advance.

5. At the centre

  • Be on time and respectful to trainers and other students. Abusive language or misconduct can end the admission.
  • Keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items lost at the centre.
  • Certificates are issued after the course assessment is passed and the fees are fully paid.

6. Placement assistance

Every course comes with placement assistance: resume building, mock interviews (tech and HR), interview preparation, and internships for eligible students. Hiring decisions are made by the companies themselves.

7. Our content

Course material, notes, recordings, the website, the Aksnova name and logo, and Smartie belong to AKSNOVA EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Please do not copy, share or sell them without written permission. You may share the free result cards and links from this website as much as you like.

8. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as power cuts, internet outages, public emergencies or government orders. Classes missed for such reasons are rescheduled.

9. Photos at the centre

We may take photos or videos of classes and events for our website and social media. Tell us at admission if you do not want to appear in them. Parents and guardians can ask us to remove a photo of a student under 18.

10. Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Maharashtra. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
